Step 0 [!]: Download and install GTA: San Andreas Cheater software.
Step 1: Run the GTA game and save it in one of the slots according to the image below by visiting CJ’s house (preferably an empty one!)
Step 2: Exit the game and run the GTA: San Andreas Cheater software.
Step 3: Select the chosen slot from the first stage; on the next page, tick the option you desire and finally click on the Save button. (As shown in the images below)
Step 4: Exit the GTA: San Andreas Cheater software.
Step 5: Run the GTA game, select Start Game and click on Load Game. Choose your slot (like the picture below).
